OBC Part 11 governs the renovation and upgrading of existing buildings in Ontario. A Part 11 exterior building inspection involves a condition assessment of your building envelope, identification of unsafe conditions, a repair scope, and all necessary building permit documentation.

04 How long does a structural design project take? ⌃
