Common questions

When does a support frame need structural review?

Support frames should be reviewed when they introduce new concentrated loads, rely on edge-sensitive anchors, or change how equipment or building systems load the receiving structure.

Are post-installed anchors enough by themselves?

No. The anchor choice is only part of the problem. The receiving concrete, masonry, steel, or framing condition still has to be checked.

Can support changes after permit affect the structural package?

Yes. Changes in unit weight, spacing, geometry, or anchor layout can require updated structural review and clarification.
