No. But structural review becomes more important when the work changes support reactions, dunnage geometry, anchors, layout, or the receiving structure beneath the roof.
Do screens and catwalks belong in the same structural package?
Often yes. They can change wind demand, load paths, and access assumptions enough that they should be coordinated with the equipment support scope.
What if the existing roof framing is uncertain?
