Where structure enters the scope
Elevator projects frequently intersect with slab openings, hoistway modifications, pit work, support steel, receiving-structure review, or new support reactions. That is where the building-side structural engineer becomes part of the coordination team.
Keep the role definition clear
Asvakas acts as the structural engineering consultant for the building-side scope. Installation, maintenance, testing, and licensed elevator trade duties remain with the appropriate elevator contractor and other required parties.
